For those who are not accustomed to certain interpretations of Pinot Gris, Villa Job’s Piantagrane can be a real troublemaker. A few days of maceration on the skins gives the wine its amber colour and reveals all the hidden potential of this variety: an intense bouquet that winds its way through apricot, ripe citrus, notes of aromatic herbs, hints of sweet spices, floral nuances and light touches of honey and nutty. In the mouth, the acidity runs the show, supported by a slight tannin. Definitely an inspirational bottle, indulge yourself in pairings and let us know all about it.
